PrimeBot Intelligence Ltd. (“PrimeBot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information when you visit primebotintelligence.com, contact us, submit a form through our website or an advertising platform, or interact with a PrimeBot solution where this policy applies.
Canadian privacy framework and data residency
PrimeBot designs its Canadian business solutions with the privacy principles found in the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in mind. In British Columbia, PIPA generally regulates private-sector organizations handling personal information. PIPEDA may continue to apply in circumstances including federally regulated organizations and certain interprovincial or international commercial data flows.
For Canadian clinic deployments, PrimeBot uses Canadian-based hosting for the core AI workflow and operational data under our control. We apply privacy-conscious design practices including defined purposes, limited collection, consent-aware workflows, appropriate safeguards, controlled access, and configurable retention.
Canadian data residency is one safeguard, but location alone does not establish legal compliance. Each client remains responsible for determining its legal obligations, approving its collection purposes and scripts, providing required notices, and obtaining consent where required. PrimeBot works with clients to configure the service for their documented requirements.

Withdrawing consent does not affect lawful processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
How we share information
PrimeBot does not sell or rent personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, advertising, communications, email, customer relationship management, analytics, scheduling, and automation providers. These providers may include GoDaddy, Meta, and other technology platforms used to process inquiries and deliver services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, to investigate suspected fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
Core operational data for Canadian clinic deployments is hosted on Canadian-based infrastructure. Our public website, advertising, communications, and other optional third-party services—including GoDaddy, Meta, email, analytics, or CRM platforms selected by a client—may process limited information outside British Columbia or Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws. We encourage clients to review and approve every integration before it is enabled.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, analytics, advertising measurement, and improving user experience. Where available, you may use the website’s cookie settings to accept or decline non-essential tracking.
Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion where permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
PrimeBot provides business services and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through its lead-generation forms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
